When you first download the Huawei Health app from the Apple App Store, you'll see this prompt to connect Huawei Health to HealthKit: You'll just need to tap Let's go > Turn All Categories On > Allow. Your Huawei Health app should now be connected to Apple Health!
What has happened to the Huawei Health app?
Huawei Health is no longer available in the Google Play Store and now you can get the app only through an unsecure sideload or by getting Huawei's App Gallery first. The last version of the app was from 2020 and it ran until October of last year. It didn't have support for Huawei's latest wearables, like the Band 7.
